However, I recommend putting the edited pictures into their own folder within the original file folder so they are easier to find later. This means keeping your newly edited photos with your original files. In order to keep your photos as organized as possible, I recommend exporting your images back into the original folder. Personally, I like to keep all my images on my external hard drive so my pictures don’t use up all my storage space.
