I explained that I had rung and could not stay here without internet access and asked for a potential work around. They were not able to tell me when these cards would be available the following day. I asked if there were any other options and I was told no and they would get new cards the following day. When I arrived I was informed that they had no access cards left a part from one, one hour card. I was happy with this as internet access was vital for me to do my work on arrival. I was told that I would be able to purchase 24 hour internet access for an additional cost of $30. After 30 min of waiting for non existent passengers, we finally left.īefore booking the property I called them to find out if internet access was available as it was a non negotiable requirement for me to do my work. I was then told by the driver I would need to wait an additional 20 min for other passengers also needing pick up. Despite calling the property to ask them to send the car three times from the airport, they made me wait at the airport for over 45 min before a driver arrived. I had arranged an airport pick up with my arrival details, which had been confirmed by the hotel. Upon arrival I would have found alternative accommodation immediately however it was too late in the evening by this stage and most places were fully booked. I had booked and paid for three nights however left after one night an moved to another hotel at an additional expense to me due to my poor experience.
Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with Hexagon Hotel.
